After decades in real estate, coaching, and entrepreneurship, I’ve turned my own challenges into lessons and my successes into a roadmap others can follow. What I teach isn’t theory, it’s practical strategy, mindset work, and leadership development that actually creates change.

He is a father, business coach, and real estate expert. With extensive experience in the field, Jody is a top-rated private real estate coach and trainer in the US, empowering real estate agents and their teams to reach their full potential through SMART marketing strategies.
Jody is also the CEO and founder of McNamer Group of Companies, which includes Done For You Leads, Agent Broker Coach, and McNamer.com – all dedicated to helping brokers and agents elevate their businesses.
In addition to his real estate work, Jody co-founded Autismworks LLC with his son Tyler McNamer, bestselling author of “Population One: Autism, Adversity, and The Will to Succeed.” Autismworks is a company focused on making autism more manageable for individuals with autism spectrum disorder, and providing support to the autism community.
